Can I ship to multiple addresses? – Yes, you can ship to multiple addresses. Make sure you select button on bottom of page "ship to multiple addresses" instead of proceed to checkout. Once you select option "to someone else" an optional gift message will appear.
How do I cancel an order? – If you would like to cancel your order, simply call us at (800) 221-4442 or email your name, address, phone number, and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you charge sales tax? – By law, we must charge sales tax on shipments inside the state of Texas.
Can I place my order now and ship at a later date? – Yes, you have the option when placing your order to hold the ship date. You may place your order as far in advance as you prefer Keep in mind that when you select your Hold Date that this is the day your order will release in our system to be processed and not ship date. In order for your package to arrive on time you will need to select the Hold Date to release a minimum of 5 days in advance. Example: Ship date is June 6th – set your order to release on June 1st. Also, when placing your order there is a section called "Fulfillment Instructions". Use this area to let us know any special instructions. For example, decorate for Birthday, Anniversary or any special shipping instructions.

What if I do not receive my order confirmation by email? – If your order was successfully entered then you should receive an email confirmation of your order within a few minutes of finalizing the order. Contact us at (800) 221-4442 if you do not receive an email confirmation and we will be happy to search for your online order. You will also receive a Shipping Notice via email once your order ships from our factory.
